Well, there is some good election news this morning in Texas, where all three referendums on the state ballot were passed:
- REFERENDUM NO. 1 — PASSED: Federal, state and local officials should be required to enforce U.S. immigration laws.
- REFERENDUM NO. 2 — PASSED: The Texas Legislature should require voters to provide valid photo identification to cast a ballot in any election in Texas.
- REFERENDUM NO. 3 — PASSED: Every governmental body in Texas should have to limit its annual increase in budget and spending to the combined increase of population and inflation, unless it gets voter approval or in case of an official state of emergency.
I’m sure once the Democrats’ caucus hang-overs have passed, and they realize what’s happened, they’ll be up in faked-outrage about the “disenfranchisement of poor and minority voters.”
Which of course is utter bullshit.
The Democrats love the Mexican vote. They realize that not all of their Mexican constituents can prove that they are here in the United States legally. Democrats still want them to be able to vote for Democrats.
The majority of Texans think differently.

Well, that is good news.
