Barack had another endorsement that should be cause for pause — especially in light of his recent Rev. Wright fiasco.
From Nice Deb we learn that not only has the New Black Panther Party endorsed Sen. Barack Obama, but that the Obama campaign is so gosh-darned proud of it, that they’ve posted the endorsement on the official Obama campaign Web site:
The racist NBPP is led by notorious extremist, Malik Zulu Shabazz, and is a registered team member and blogger on Obama’s campaign website.
Now, I fully understand that a candidate can’t control who supports and endorses them. But how the candidate chooses to embrace that endorsement is telling.
____
A little background on the NBPP:
- Their formal name is the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense, which is a black supremacist organization founded in Dallas, Texas in 1989.
- The NBPP attracted many breakaway members of the Nation of Islam, mostly because the NoI wasn’t militant enough…
- The NBPP says it sees capitalism as the fundamental problem with the world and “revolution” as the solution
- The NBPP “Million Youth March” ended in scuffles with the NYPD as Muhammad urged the crowd to attack officers who had attempted to confiscate the NBPP members’ guns. Chairs and bottles were thrown at the police
- The NBPP provoked a melee outside of Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney’s campaign headquarters after she had lost a Democratic primary to her opponent, Hank Johnson.

Now that Obama has been called out on his Christian preacher, do you still think he’s a Muslim stalking horse?
