Jeremiah Write on the Congressional Black Caucus — All About the Booze and the Booty

The Rev. Jeremiah Wright is the gift that just keeps on giving. Here’s his view of the Congressional Black Caucus — and since he’s an expert on black liberation theology, don’t you dare question his authority!

But what truly struck Wright from that meeting was Obama’s astonishment over the black caucus event in Washington. It opened Wright’s eyes once again to just how innocent and idealistic Obama could be about the world of politics. [snip]

“He had gone down there to get support and find out who would support him and found out it was just a meat market,” the pastor said in an interview, breaking into a laugh. “He had people say, ‘If you want to count on me, come on to my room. I don’t care if you’re married. I am not asking you to leave your wife – just come on.’ All the women hitting on him. He was, like, in shock. He’s there on a serious agenda, talking about running for he United States Senate. They’re talking about giving [him] some pussy. And I was like, ‘Barack, c’mon, man. Come on! Name me one significant thing that has come out of black congressional caucus weekend. It’s homecoming. It’s just a nonstop party, all the booze you want, all the booty you want. That’s all it is.’ And here he is with this altruistic agenda, trying to get some support. He comes back shattered. I thought to myself, ‘Does he have a rude awakening coming his way.’

That is awesome on so many levels, it’s hard to even know where to begin…

Ok, let’s just take the bolded statement — I bet the members of the CBC are going to have a few words for Sen. Obama on that one…now that their wifes know what really goes on at their caucus weekend, they might not be able to go (alone) next year.

  1. I am waiting to see if this is true. Because it’s in a book does not make it so. If it is true, however, I can only say that this Wright guy is not only racist, he sounds like a dirty old man. And, Obama calls him family? At least by his own account (if indeed true), Obama’s shock heartens me.

  3. A so-called preacher, that had been a member of the Nation of Islam before taking over this church, says G*@ D+#@ America in that church, in front of the congregation(including children), he definitely has a foul mouth, and I would never be surprised by any filth that came out of it.

  5. Adam, yeah I saw it, and shortly after, heard B-HO make the statement that anyone would feel comfortable/welcome in his church.
    Oh really?
I think church is a place for matters concerning one’s faith, and eternal soul, not foolish political commentary, or advancing deranged government conspiracy theories.
Little wonder this guy, Wright, is so close to Calypso Louie.
Time for an oldie and a goodie, The Louis Farrakhan Name Generator.
