Q — Why doesn’t Sen. Barrack Obama really wear a flag pin on his lapel?

A — He’s afraid that his good buddy, bomb-throwing domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, might stomp on it.

Things are tough all over:

It’s time to add United States Senator John Cornyn to the list of potentially vulnerable Republican incumbents in Election 2008. The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey in the state find Cornyn leading Democratic state legislator Rick Noriega by just four percentage points, 47% to 43%.

The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey found McCain leading Clinton 49% to 43%. Against Obama, McCain attracts 48% of the vote while the Democrat earns 43%.

Sounds like a good enough excuse to link to a clip of this hilarious interview:

Abrams: You’re not wearing a lapel pin, are you?

Kingston: I will wear one and I have worn one. I’ll bring one to your next show.

Abrams: But you see my point. I had no idea you were going to show up without a lapel pin, but it seems kind of absurd that you’re saying that Barack Obama’s patriotism should be questioned because he’s not wearing a lapel pin and then you come on the show not wearing one.

Kingston: Well Dan, I’m not following that at all.

Got something you want to say?
