Did David Win American Idol?

So, apparently some dude named David won Season 8 of American Idol last night.

I admit that the show was on at our house last night — but I was not watching it. I was writing while the television blared in the background. I swear the dogs like watching that crap.

But when Carrie Underwood took the stage? Yeah. I was watching:

Wow. Just. Wow.

By the time this young lady’s career is over, I’ll bet you dimes to nickels that she will have outsold every other American Idol contestant in the history of that show — combined. I’d also be willing to bet that her career will still be going strong long after the curtain has dropped on this singing competition.

Yes, she was very good. The whole show was great, especially the winning KC area AI, David Cook !

ooo yes she will..thank you for seeign what i her fans see and not just her looks…yess she is drop dead gorgeous!!>…..but she is also EXTREMELY talented and will go a looonnngggg wayyyy…..:)))

she’s certainly proven herself to be a great performer (besides being competitive)… I’m thinking her new CD will be worth getting for sure
