From the Houston Chronicle: 3 accused of using corpse head to smoke pot
Two men and a juvenile are accused of digging up a corpse, decapitating the body and using the head to smoke marijuana, according to court documents.
Matthew Gonzalez and Kevin Jones have been charged with the misdemeanor offense of abuse of a corpse, said Scott Durfee, a spokesman for the Harris County District Attorneys Office.
According to documents filed in the case, Gonzalez, Jones and an unnamed juvenile on March 15 went to an Humble cemetery, dug up a man’s grave, left with the head and turned it into a “bong.”
The next time anybody tries to tell me about how harmless marijuana is or how we should legalize it…I’m bringing up this story.
What’s worse — how the hell is this considered only a misdemeanor? How is this not a felony?
Is there really any chance in hell that anyone of these pieces of shit is ever going to turn out to be a decent member of society? I’d bet my next 100 paychecks that say they don’t.

By your logic, the Virginia Tech shooting is a perfect example of why guns should be made illegal. Because the use of them led to something bad.
A misdemeanor?
I always believed trespassing and grave robbing were felonies, but even with those charges not applied, abusing a corpse would seem more serious than a misdemeanor, even a Class A.

Necrophilia was only made a crime in California in 2004. For years, all attempts to make it a felony were blocked by the democrats. They didn’t believe people should go to prison for it. No joke. The most disgusting incident was in 2001 when a 6 year old girl died and her body was transported to the county morgue. A security tape revealed two morgue workers having sex with her body. My, God, her poor parents! First, they lose their little girl and then they learn her body was defiled. And the donks still blocked enacting a law making it a felonious offense.
Oh, no — I found another case where a morgue worker was caught on camera having sex with the body of a 4 y/o girl who died of the flu.
What kind of sickos are there in this world. I doubt the parents will ever get over it.

You seem to be majoring on the minors an awful lot lately – could it be that political wilderness beckoning? Then again, authoritarians like you generally can’t stand to hear about someone else having a good time regardless of whether it affects them or their property directly.

POT isnt the problem, its the user… with every thing, their are ways to use it other than how it was intended…. so what if someone wants to sit at home after a long day at work, and smoke a bowl… who gives a sh*t… i mean honestly… get a life, and find something else to bitch about…. i have seen pot do a lot of good things, and i know SEVERAL upstanding members of society that toke it up in the midnight hours… your just too blind to see… once you start smoking though, you will be surprised who hits it with you…..
