McCain should beat Obama about the head with this at every opportunity. Especially in rust-belt and southern states. Where, you know, we cling bitterly to our guns and our religion. And the rest of the Constitution, too.

This might very well be the most significant decision the Supreme Court of the United States has delivered in the last 20 years.
The last post on the death penatly (Charles Hood-related) has about 373 comments, so I’m closing it down and starting this new thread. I’ll start a new post for Hood once a new date is set (soon I hope).
You know, if I lived in the area, and was told to be on the look out for an armed killer on the loose — I’d appreciate at least knowing what he looked like.

I hope the McCain team plans on keeping the heat on Obama each and every time he breaks another promise or tells another lie — which seems to occur on a day-to-day basis with The Chosen One.
