I’m on my third day without caffeine (I’ve been a 4-5 cup of coffee/day drinker for the last 15 or so years). I don’t feel so well.
In fact, I sort of feel like this:

Just don’t drink so much, and you won’t feel so hunched over.
I drink two or three in the a.m.
It’s coffee in the morning, water during the day, and sweet iced tea at night.
Robbie - Why are you giving up the coffee/caffeine? I tried once to “cut back” on the caffeine but found that I really missed the routine of my 5-6 cups a day and found that those around me liked me better when I had my coffee fix. Good luck!

Why? If I don’t drink coffee, I get headaches and feel depressed. I have found it easier to cut back than give it up all together.
