Girl on the Right has the best headline of the day:

Newsflash: Levees break in white neighborhoods, riots DON’T break out!

Yep.

And once the waters recede, Iowans will get busy rebuilding their homes. Then they’ll help their neighbors rebuild their homes. Then they’ll rebuild their towns and businesses.

Check back in 2-3 years and see how many Iowans are still living in FEMA trailers, free hotels, and still NOT WORKING.

I’ll bet in 2-3 years from now there’ll be more Katrina victims still in FEMA trailers and not doing a damned thing to lift themselves up than there will be Iowans doing so.

Yeah. Your a racist. Thanks for clearing that fact up.

[Editor --- You'll have to unpack that one a little bit more for me, Doc.]

Hey Robbie….I didn’t see a darn thing wrong with what your wrote.

That must make me a racist too!

I guess some people can’t handle it when you tell the truth. So they have to resort to calling people names, just like small children!

My favorite part of Rita? (aside from the rising crime rate in my home town…) The lawsuits. FEMA residents are filing suits for toxic trailers.

Seriously.

I didn’t see a darn thing wrong with what your wrote.

LOL … but I can see something wrong with what I wrote!

That’s “you wrote”.

I need more coffee, and not decaf!

I meant to reference Katrina… my bad.

Yeah, what’s wrong with the negroes anyway? Why can’t they act civilized like us white people?

[Editor --- Well, when it comes to looting and rioting, it would be nice if "the negroes" would act more "like us white people". And by that I mean: Don't loot and riot.

The next time you see a predominantly group of white people looting and rioting, it will be the first time you've seen it, too.

If you don't understand and know that there is something very wrong with a certain element of black culture, then you are blinded by your white guilt. Even Cosby and B. Hussein Obama know it.]

Naw, white people would never do such a thing!

BTW, the “looting” in NO was people trying to obtain food and water, the police were smashing store windows so people could get to them, and there was no rioting. To not to understand the difference between looting for profit versus taking groceries for survival speaks volumes about your blinded and privileged life experience.

Once again you spout the biggest bunch of liberal BS I have ever seen. And just like a liberal, you change the subject when you can’t come up with an intelligent argument.

Looting by definition is stealing!

Fess up! You have an Obama 08 sticker on your car, don’t you?

So that’s why all the Cadillac dealership had so many cars stolen, the looters were just….what?
Besides that, they looted the National D-Day Museum, and it wasn’t just the water fountains and snack machines that drew them in, it was the weapons.
To me it isn’t about race, but behavior. Sadly for NOLA, it’s combined, as the success of the welfare state has locked in the poorest blacks into a life style more oppressive than slavery ever was…living off of hand-outs from the gubmint. Of course there are better educated and economically advantaged black Americans in NOLA, just as there are in Iowa, and their behavior is substantively different than those we witnessed behaving so badly in NOLA, after the flood. Mississippi was hit even harder than Louisiana, and has just as high a black population, but they didn’t behave as badly as the debauched confines of NOLA.

“I’ll bet in 2-3 years from now there’ll be more Katrina victims still in FEMA trailers and not doing a damned thing to lift themselves up than there will be Iowans doing so.”

Not a fair bet because prior to Katrina New Orleans had a higher perecent of it citiziens in subisidized housing than an other American city. That is not likely to change.

WOW! I think it is time to cleanse the gene pool. Some of your hatefull “pontification” make me believe there are still too many cousins marrying each other.

[Editor --- You'll have to unpack that statement down a little for me Cali. What part of pointing out the truth is hateful?]

Got something you want to say?
