Another day. Another Haditha Marine cleared.

Another day without an apology from John “cold blooded killers” Murtha:

A military judge has dismissed charges against a Marine officer accused of failing to investigate the killings of 24 Iraqis.

Col. Steven Folsom dismissed charges Tuesday against Lt. Col. Jeffrey Chessani after defense attorneys raised concerns that a four-star general overseeing the prosecution was improperly influenced by an investigator probing the November 2005 shootings by a Marine squad in Haditha.

The charges were dismissed without prejudice…

Of all the Marines initially charged, all but one have been 100% cleared so far. And I’ll bet you dimes to nickels that the last Marine, SSgt Frank Wuterich, is cleared too.

Do you think that Murtha is simply waiting for all of them to be cleared before he apologizes to any of them for accusing them of being cold blooded killers?

Murtha is the most disgraceful man in all of Congress. Perhaps in the entire history of Congress.

Since he does not have the integrity to resign, the people of Pennsylvania need to step up and do the nation a favor: Vote for Bill Russell.

I don’t think this Sorry Murtha will ever apologize.
He needs to be sued, as punishment, and to make the marines and their families whole again, after spending their personal fortunes on lawyers.

Got something you want to say?
