You both make me sick to my stomach. Don, are you denying that eyewitness testimony has been proven to be unreliable? As I mentioned I believe that if the newspaper had multiple IDs that it should go ahead with the description but there are valid reasons for the Chronicle to be hesitant.

CBS Houston said be on the lookout for a man 5’10″ tall, weighing around 250 pounds. So far I’ve called the Pasadena police department 50,000 times.

I agree that the public should be warned when multiple sources confirm physical characteristics of a criminal. Yet the Chronicle is justly cautious in repeating descriptions from eyewitness- which are notoriously unreliable,
