Yes the same evidence will be used, and again he will be convicted..... I think that since it has been so long they should take him directly to the walls unit and execute him..... this is just maddening..... truely been one of the most unusual cases..... but if I MUST COME BACK BE REST ASSURED UNLESS I AM DEAD I WILL BE THERE. this will be hood’s 7th time up…. i haven’t heard anything offical as to stay home, and i hope i don’t. And I would say the same verdict. Shouldn't the lawyers be looking for actual proof of innocence or is this just a tactic to bide time for that.
