Nope. Kristin sought out a relationship with a death row inmate...which is pretty common for fucked up women from her country. I did say that the UK was far from perfect, we need to a lot tougher on criminals - like I keep on saying, hard labour would be the way forward.

We are making headway though. Knife crime is at it’s highest ever and we are combatting it with new laws to lock people up who are found to be carrying knifes, even if they haven’t committed a crime with it.

The public of the UK won’t stand for the namby-pamby attitude that this country has been following for too long now.
I agree, our immigration laws are ridiculous, and albeit a few years too late, we are now sorting this out.
On the whole, we are getting better.

You on the other hand, are living in the dark ages and will continue to do so whilst you maintain the death penalty is a suitable punishment in this day and age.

The death penalty simply kills the criminals you breed. You need to look at yourselves and wonder why you are able to breed such horrific individuals who are capable of such perverse crimes.

I really don’t understand the point in these type of questions being asked. They are far to simplistic in nature to be worthy of an educated answer.
The answer is, and should be for every red blooded living person out there, that you kick the shit out the individual until they breathe no more.
But emotive responses to these silly questions are not what’s at issue here. We are talking about a ‘civilised’ society making decisions in law that allow premeditated and long delayed murder of criminals who may, or may not have, committed the crimes they are accused of.

My sympathies lie with Armand Paliotta, who Chi shot in the back and laid there dying, Adrian Riojas who Chi also shot in the back but survived, and Gloria Mendoza who hid terrified while Chi tried to lure her out so he could shoot her, too. The only way Chi was tortured was that he wasn’t allowed to kill more people which is apparently his nature. His mother gave birth to a snake. If she doesn’t want to attend the execution, she doesn’t have to.

Here in the UK, we have been far to liberal on criminals and people power seems to finally be having a voice. To many people over here are getting more and more pissed off with the fact hard earning tax payers (like me) support criminals and their lifestyles of sleeping 24/7, watching colour TV and even socialising like they would down a local pub.
It’s not on, and just because the ACLU outlaws a possibility of hard labour, that doesn’t mean I have to accept in.

Laws can change, and often do where a majority of society decide to vocalise opposition.

Executions do not make me happy, they are what they are… let me spell it out for you… P-U-N-I-S-H-M-E-N-T. As in Capitol Punishment. The laws were there before they committed the crime, and Chi, along with the rest of the people on death row, broke the law and deserve the Punishment that was set for that type of crime. For me, it is a sad day when someone is executed but it was heartbreaking when they killed the innocent people they did.

Your attitude is more appropriate, dignified and humane than some of the sick vultures on this blog but the death penalty isn’t punishment it is revenge. It will not resurrect the victim so where is the sense in compounding that tragedy by bereaving another family and putting blood on the hands of the executioner and the society that condones it?

I have no compassion for Chi, his crime was horrific but the state should not be crossing the line he did. Do remember that not all men on DR set out to murder, this can be an act committed in the heat of the moment with no consideration of the implications and also with the flaws in the legal process sadly there are innocent men on the row.

The reason I stopped posting is because I went to sleep. You see, in this planet of ours there are things called ‘time zones’. Depending on where you are at a specific moment during the day and depending on where the sun is in relation to your position on this planet at any specific moment during the day, you can roughly gauge what the time is.
Now, I know this may come as a bit of a shock, but if you dare to go beyond the walls of Texas, you find a much bigger planet that is actually round. Yes, can you believe it! Round!
Whereas it might be sunny where you are at one specific time of the day, it may be dark here (or night time as we call it) so we do something called ‘going to sleep’.
Unlike your goodself, we don’t stay awake all night beating ourselves off at the thought of another death row execution, we don’t wear our pretend toy army uniforms and march the perimeter of our gardens, and we don’t stay up all night on the couch eating fried chicken and watching Povich.

See, we are pretty educated over here and when you run a very successful business like me, you need this thing we call ’sleep’.

Listening to an American with a passport is actually quite interesting N2L.
His retelling of his time in visiting the killing fields where when it rains, the mud washed away and you can still see rib cages and whole jaw bones with teeth. I find it funny that America likes to lecture other countries on human rights especially when up until very recently they were still executing children. Why does America (mostly Texans) tell everyone to respect their right to execute people under their laws but feel they have the right to tell countries like Iran that stoning people is a human rights violation. Stoning people is a legal form of execution in Iran so what gives the US government the right to lecture Iran on how they should apply their laws. Don’t get me wrong i think stoning people is disgusting and i’m not defending Iran but i used this example to point out the hypocricy of America - always butting into everyone else’s buisness but not liking it when their own abuses are put under the spotlight. I mean really what kind of civilised western country executes children, even China revised their laws back in 1997, long before the USA did.

Especially given that 1 in 100 Americans is currently incarcerated. Seriously what the hell is wrong with some of those southern states.Texas is so backwards the Supreme Court only recently struck down a 35 year law banning the sale of sex toys in the state - hahahaha. You have no problems with people buying guns to shoot each other but god forbid somebody being allowed to buy a vibrator. I thought America is meant to be the land of the free, so why was the state government telling people what they can do in their bedrooms for 35 years.
