About a week and a half ago our new landscaping was finished (it took nearly 5 weeks to complete).

Here’ Angus on our new zoysia lawn (zoysia is a drought tolerant grass and requires less water than the commonly used St. Augustine):

And here’s the big turd in front of the new 4′ fence that my brother and I built last week under and around our Live Oak tree:

A tree through a fence. Interesting.

Jonny

And here’s the big turd in front of the new 4? fence …

Gee, I thought you meant that Angus had left you a “gift” on your new lawn. I guess he will eventually…

Your fence is awesome. I’ve seen decks designed around old trees, but never a fence like that. Good work!

You can train a young dog, but not an old tree.

Love Angus’ ears folded back !
LOL

The fence is Great.

I love the tree through the fence. When I lived in northern CA, there were incredible restrictions when it came to the beautiful old oaks - and people didn’t want to touch them anyway. Consequently, many of the fences are built to accommodate the old beautiful trees in fairly creative ways.

Hey now Angus has a window!

Angus resembles that tree. Black, strong, and with parts that go in different directions.

Nice job Robbie…now all you need is a rogue Possum walking the fence ;)

Got something you want to say?
