Hey, Adam McKay, you want to know why you’re going to lose another Presidential election? It’s not for the reasons you lay out in this rant — it’s because you and a lot of your Liberal friends are absolutely 100% batshit insane.

That post at the Huffington Post was one of the most laughable and retarded things I’ve ever read. Ever.

McKay’s basic premise — Democrats are going to lose this election because of two thing:

I just want to look at two inarguable realities: A) we have no more press and B) the Repubs are screwing with the voters on the local level.

Are you the same guy who started the Truther movement? Because you’re even more insane than those freaks.

If you really believe all the shit you wrote in that post — you are so far detached from reality that your family should have you committed for your own safety. And very likely the safety of others.

You’re exactly the kind of kook who’s most likely to do something exceptionaly supid when Obama loses.

But at least you do have at least one tiny, slipping grasp on reality — at least you know that Obama is going to lose.

  1. I saw a screen shot of that piece at the Huff-N-Puff.
While I agree with him on the end result, his assessment as to why will most likely evade him forever.
There is a good round up of why B-HO’s campaign is melting down at Strata-Sphere.
This despite the “community organizer” vote in the tank for B-HO.

What is a “community organizer”, you ask?
    I’ll let IowaHawk explain it.

    What do community organizers do?
    * reach out and work with communities in various ways.
    * liaison with, and for, community agencies for service within affected areas.
    * fight to make a difference.
    * raise awareness.
    * deal with community issues.
    * raise awareness in the community of how we are making differences about undealt-with issues .
    * when necessary, refer inquiries to outreach coordinators.
    * Help coordination agency administrators identify and address outreach opportunities.
    * model timetables and conceptualize benchmarks.
    * issue guidelines for poster contests and interpretive dance festivals.
    * Gather voter registrations, win valuable prizes.

    /

  2. Oh, another thing, that Adam hasn’t even considered, since his precious B-HO is tanking so hard, is that when this ship sinks, the vacuum might take other elected jack-asses with him.
Party identification difference down to one point?

Needless to say, this has huge implications for the election, and not just at the presidential level. Democrats had hoped to ride their large advantage to big gains in both the House and Senate this year. Voters have apparently begun realizing that Democrats controlled one of the most useless Congressional sessions in recent history, and the 9% approval ratings have finally taken their toll on Democratic leadership.

If that holds true, Adam may need an intervention.

  3. “3) But most importantly we should bring up re-regulating the media and who owns it and what that conflict of interest is a lot more.”

If the Obama campaign takes up McKay’s suggestion above, then they may as well throw the towel in right now. So, I hope they do.

  4. The Obama campaign is clearly getting hysterical. However, the conservatives better not get too cocky just yet. If Palin falls down in the debate or when up against the press, McCain’s ratings will plummet.
I hope she doesn’t, but being the realist that I am, I know there will be some gaffes or some things she’ll have a tough time explaining. However, the really smart thing the McCain camp has done is keep her off the trail while all the tough questions she’s going to face are already being asked in the press so she has time to prepare.

Don’t think Gibson is milk toast either. Remember how he went after Obama in one of the debates when he and George S. were moderators.

  5. Yes, she’s human and the press will treat her unfairly if she makes the most deminimus of errors. Hell, she doesn’t even have to make an error — the msm will make it up, as they have done since she was announced as the VP nominee.

However, Palin is no political novice. She’s done quite well in previous debates. The debate between her and the former gov. of Alaska during the gubernatorial race is floating around the internet but the host site was getting hammered.

  6. HEY ROBBIE! If I knew you were canoodling with Perry today, I would have asked you to tell him not to issue any stays between now and 9/11, 12:01 am.

  7. Hi Robbie. I have recently found your blog and I just wanted to tell you how much I have enjoyed reading your blog. I actually live in Ontario, Canada but I have learned a lot about the U.S. political race by reading your comments. Just wanted to say thanks for such a great read.

  8. Here’s something I didn’t know: McCain did over 300 townhall meetings during the primaries.

  9. Uh Oh: Analysis: Obama Gains Huge Electoral College Edge

Chicago (Rooters) — Democratic Party presidential nominee Barack Obama has substantial leads over Republican Party nominee John McCain in 22 different key match-ups, according to a recent BBC poll.

According to the poll, Sen. Obama is leading Sen. McCain in the key battleground races in Australia, Brazil, Britain, Canada, China, Egypt, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Kenya, Lebanon, Mexico, Nigeria, Panama, the Philippines, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Turkey, and the UAE.
