Deena: I am a 40-something mother of 3 from a battleground state. I am appalled that McCain would chose someone so unqualified just to appease the religious right. I agree with Obama that personal lives and children are off limits. I was on the fence, but will definitely be supporting Obama now. I guess we will cancel eachother out. Have a little bit of sympathy for them. They’ve been put into a position of having to defend the indefensible. If they sometimes resort to juvenile and unsubstantial responses, it’s only understandable.
