Is anybody really surprised? Does anybody really think this will be the last time?
The Democrat party simply and completely turns my stomach. Their wealth-redistribution and capitalism hating policies are a big part of it.
But the bigger part of it is the people that the party attracts.
People who do stuff like this:
The Connecticut delegation to the Republican National Convention was attacked today as they attempted to enter the Xcel Center in St. Paul, Minnesota.
The delegation – including official delegates, alternates, and guests – numbering approximately 120 people – got off the buses and began to walk through the security perimeter into the Convention Hall when they encountered a large group of RNC protesters who formed a human chain to block the delegation from continuing and shouting epithets at the Nutmeggers.
Police officers in riot gear quickly converged on the protestors as the delegation attempted to walk through the blockade. Delegates were shoved and spat upon by the protestors.
When Chairman Healy’s mother Lila was spat upon by a protester, former U.S. Rep. Rob Simmons stepped between the elder Healy and the crowd. He was doused with a liquid substance that was later determined to be a mix of clorox and water. At least 10 other delegates also were hit with liquid.
You know, it’d be one thing if this was some wild, isolated incident. If it were the exception, rather than the rule.
But it’s not. It happens just about any time a Conservative speaks in public. Or anytime that Conservatives gather.
Every time. Physical attacks, intimidation, threats, shouting down, impeding their ability to meet and or speak.
Evey time.
And the next time you see the Right act like this? It’ll be the first.
You will be known by the company you keep. And Democrats, these dangerous, unhinged lunatics are yours.

Gateway Pundit reports that his bus was attacked by protestors throwing cement bags and sandbags from an overpass onto their buses as they passed beneath on their way to the RNC.
Oh, please please please tell me they were arrested?
The spitting is a battery and the bleach throwing is a felony. If I were a judge, the felony would merit prison time — not jail time.
Anatomy of a Murder is a great film and is one of the more realistic ones about the criminal justice system. The George C. Scott cross examination is taught to law students as what not to do. The actor playing the judge was a judge in real life and wrote the novel the screenplay was based on. And last but not least, I think Lee Remick was one of Hollywood’s most beautiful actresses.

And it’s incidents like what happened today that should cinch it for everyone.
These people are not randomly connected to the Democrats…they ARE the Democrats.
It’s time for all of us with functioning brains to stand together and say enough is enough. The 60’s are O-V-E-R and so is the grand social experiment…that turned out to be neither grand nor very social…as they once again proved today.
Yeah, we really want to live in a country led by liberals, and their goons.
This attack was criminal and obnoxious, but not potentially lethal, like this one was.
The RNC leadership needs to have a “come to Jesus” meeting with the city leadership of Minn/St P, about their security and law enforcement arrangements. Allowing these creatures to get close enough to throw and spit things is a recipe for disaster. The police should be observing these criminals as they mass, and stopping any from carrying any kind of a container, or at least inspecting it. Allowing these idiots on overpasses with out a police presence, is absurd.
And you are right, Robbie, the left always talks a good game about protected free speech, but when someone speaks in opposition to their ideology, they physically attack or disrupt.

The protesters who “attacked” delegates were anarchists, not Democrats. I think they’d be quite upset to be roped into that label.
