Ha, this is funny. Some people just don’t understand irony. Bicycling shows independence (able to use own enerygy), leadership (not subject to peer pressure to drive just ‘cuz everyone else is), community values (quiet and clean), and good sense (economical, practical). Motorcycling shows many of the same things, except in this case. That’s a ridiculous noise machine, give me a Honda any day.

I have a hard time getting behind either of these two for different reasons, but these photos, besides being kinda’ funny, also tap into something people really feel about the two of them.

I think part of Obama’s problem is that he is perceived as weak – maybe too weak to be Commander in Chief. To exacerbate this, Palin is now the second woman (after Hillary Clinton) to make him seem even weaker by comparison. Maybe even the third woman… after his own wife…
