This should be deeply disturbing for any that are reasonable, thinking people.
In it’s original form, Hebrew, the word “truth” is the first perfection of God, and “goodness” the second. The word truth in Hebrew is Emeth, with the Alpha(or Aliph) being the first letter, and the Theta(or Thaw) being the last letter. Which coincides with the first and last letters in the Hebrew alphabet.
The Aleph or the first letter of Emeth(truth) denotes that God is the first of all things. There was no one before Him of whom He could have received the fullness of truth. The Thaw, or last letter, in like manner signifies that God is the last of all things. There will be no one after Him to whom He could bequeath it. Thus Emeth is a sacred word expressing that in God truth dwells absolutely and in all plenitude. Emeth, as the Jewish divines truly say, is the signaculum Dei essentia.
As this concept was translated into Greek, it retained the order of first and last in the alphabet, only the first letter of truth(aletheia) was Alpha, but the last letter became Alpha also, with Omega being the last letter in the Greek alphabet, thus losing the beauty and true meaning of God’s perfection as truth.
This is what is happening with the cult of personality surrounding Barack Hussein Obama. The meaning of truth has been lost. This person, this marketing product, has nothing positive to offer this great country, and is feeding off of the divisions that already exist in various groups in our society for political opportunism, and personal aggrandizement. While he may be the first biracial candidate for the office of POTUS, I doubt he will be the last. Truth existed long before he was a primary oocyte, and it will exist long after he is gone.
Obama is not a uniter of the people in this country, or the world. Indeed, he is neither the begining or the end of corrupt political activities or self-adoration, but the message his campaign is promoting, that he is a change agent that offers hope, clearly is being adopted by some.
Obama is nothing more than a sleazy politician, a very common deceiver of men, that is being marketed as some great savior.
I can assure you, he is not.
They did something similar with Carter (and look how that turned out) but this obama adoration is a 100x more over the top. It has all the trappings of communist propaganda. I predict giant hair bows and red kerchiefs will make a come back.
I don’t remember anything about the Carter campaign.
I was quite busy, and paid very little attention to politics. Which was made easy back then, without the innernut or cable news services.
What concerns me on this obama-fellow is that if he do not win in November he will, one way or another, turn up in Europe, maybe first in UN but eventually in Europe as a leader.
What’s happening in this country is almost like watching a movie where we don’t know the ending, but we know something really bad is going to happen because we’ve seen a similar movie before. Problem is, it wasn’t a movie at all, but something our parents and grandparents actually lived through. Surreal.
I definately see Obama as one who does not represent himself truthfully to the American public. It is very unsettling.
