ACORN Voter Fraud — Texas Edition

Back in August, the Houston Chronicle reported about a “flurry of ACORN activity” in Harris County (Houston).

A few short months later, Texas Watchdog reports that there are more than 4000 dead voters on the voter registration roles in Harris county. Some of whom managed to actually cast a vote from the grave:

Linda Kay Hill, a homemaker and Louisiana native, died Aug. 2, 2006, of a heart attack, her husband recalled, and is buried at Houston Memorial Gardens in Pearland. But Harris County voter records indicate she –- or someone using her identity –- cast a ballot in the November election that year. Linda Hill of Woodwick Street voted in person on Election Day, records show.

How widespread is ACORN’s voter fraud conspiracy (don’t act like Obama, who helped train ACORN organizers back in his community agitator days, doesn’t know what’s going on)?

Wide enough to ensure that however many extra votes Obama needs to win the election, they’ll be able to manufacture them.

CNN is even starting to realize that ACORN = corruption and even they have to admit that there’s a close tie between Obama and ACORN (though Obama has been trying to spin away from that association,too):

when McCain presented Sarah, Dow was better. Europe & Asia know what mid east say about how happy they are that Hussein Osama is up in the pools. Is it becuase Hussein Osama is cusin of Kenya’s tyrne Okinga? Because Kadafhi & JAMAS have contribute to the campaign. Becuase Hussein Osama is used Indonesian citizen passport to visit Pakistan as muslam in his twentys. I have a Lot of concern that the voter fraud commited by Acorn will not be stopped or exposed enough in time for this election……

Then how many states will need to redo their elections ?
CAN they redo them ?
How is that fixed ?
Acorn’s sick plague of registering dead and/or imaginary people is already too widespread.

No, they never do anything about it because it is always democrat fraud. And then they continue to give them millions of dollars as pork. In fact, they tried to slip in another millions of dollars pork payment in the recent bailout bill.

ACORN files suit over election laws.

In their filing, ACORN stated:

“Participation in our electoral process is a fundamental right, and the foundation of our democracy,” said ASDF ASDFG, a spokesperson for the National Association for the Advancement of Imaginary People, one of the groups named as plaintiffs in the class action. “We will not be silent when government denies people access to the polls on the basis of color, or sex, or existential status.”

Vote registration fraud is a limited and relatively minor problem in the US today. But it is principally an administrative and efficiency issue. It is has little or nothing to do with people casting illegitimate votes to affect an actual election. That’s the key. What you’re hearing right now from Fox News, the New York Post, John Fund and the rest of the right-wing bamboozlement chorus is a just another effort to exploit, confuse and lie in an effort to put more severe restrictions on legitimate voting and lay the groundwork to steal elections.

It’s that simple.

Josh Marshall who you cite as authority for something, is an ultra left blogger with no experience in voter registration issues, ballots, or election law, nor does he give any authority for his position. In fact, dumbass, you don’t even link to him. lol! Yet, with your long history of editing, taking out of context, and just blatant lying, you expect people to fall for his/your crap.
