Camille Paglia, a tried-and-true Lefty, on Barrack Hussein Obama (the full , totally-not-made-up name usage only because it seems to get under Marc Ambinder’s skin so much — of course anything anti-liberal or pro-conservative seems to get under the skin of the entire Atlantic staff):

The university culture at Columbia and Harvard through which Obama passed has been drenched in a reflexive anti-Americanism for several decades. Armchair blame-America-first leftism is the default mode. Disdain for the military is rampant, and conservative voices are rarely heard.

And she’s an Obama supporter

The only thing in this country that leans harder left than the MSM and Hollywood is the world of academia. And the more elite, the harder left it leans.
