A beautiful fall day here in Austin — was about 88 degrees and sunny when I came home from work this evening, so I let the dogs out to play in the front yard for a while.
Here’s a quick video of Angus, our 145 lb black Great Dane:
This was also my first video with my new Mino Flip Video camcorder.
The raw video on my computer looked pretty good, but after running it through Windows Movie Maker and uploading it to Youtube it doesn’t look all that great.
I’ll have to play around with it to see how to improve the quality of uploaded videos.

When I played the video, it stopped at about 6-7 seconds. His legs were perpendicular with the ground and about 8 inches off it. Very Pepe LePew-ish.
Robbie:
I have a Macbook, so I can’t speak for certain about Windows Moviemaker, but going with what I know about FinalCut there should be some sort of pull-down option for “Export to Quick Time Movie” although in Windows the default setting will probably be an MPEG or AVI file rather than an MOV…you should be able to adjust the resolution setting from there.
Great looking dog, and nice choice of soundtrack.
