Crossfit Workout of the Day (WoD) for our 5:30 a.m. Crossfit Central class was:
Cindy: Max rounds in 20 minutes of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats
I completed 14 rounds. Best in class was 19 2/3 rounds. All rounds were jumping pull ups (kipping style), but all push ups and squats were done as prescribed.
