What is the Left-o-sphere Whining About Today?

The unhinged Liberal wing of the Blogosphere is having an anurysim (again) this morning because Katon Dawson, the South Carolina GOP chairman who announced his candidacy for RNC chair yesterday, was a member of a a “whites only” Country Club.

Never mind that Dawson has been working to try to change the membership rules at his club. Or never mind that he quit.

Because the man is obviously a racist (hell, he voted against Obama, which makes him a racist by definition anyway…the country club thing is just gravy).

Funny…belonging to a country club makes Dawson guilty by association — but the Left doesn’t hold Obama and his 20-year membership in Rev. Wright’s anti-American, anti-white person church* against him?

Oh, and as long as Rep. Robert Byrd (D-WV) — a Kleagle in the Klu Klux Klan — is in Congress, you heathens can just keep your collective pie hole shut about associations with “racist organizations”. Ok?

And for the record, I do think that Dawson should be denied the RNC chairmanship solely on his membership at that country club. He knew it was whites-only for the entirety of his 12-year membership there. And yet he joined and stayed regardless.

Shame on him.

But I also believe that Rep. Byrd’s KKK membership should exclude him from holding office. And yet the 91-year old asshat has been elected and re-elected continuously since 1959. So apparntly the Dems don’t have that big of a problem with a guy who was a member in a racist organization holding high office.

* Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s Trinity United Church of Christ is as much a Christian-based church as Rev. Fred Phelp’s Westboro Baptist Church is a Christian-based church.

In other words, not at all.

  1. Katon Dawson
    Chair, South Carolina GOP

    Dear Chairman Dawson,

I’m writing to offer my support for your bid to become the next RNC chair. Who better to lead our continuing efforts to disenfranchise black voters, blame blacks for the mortgage crisis, and fight the War Against Mexicans than a man who belonged to a whites-only country club for over a decade?

Certainly, you’re our best bet to make the next Republican National Convention the whitest ever–even whiter than the last one! Heck, I bet you could even drive Alan Keyes out of the party (Don’t laugh; it’s possible; he’d still have the Klan).

I am concerned, however, that your segregationist credentials may not be enough to win you the chairmanship. How’s your record in regard to persecuting The Gay? Are you as committed to it as your senators, Lindsey Graham and Go Fuckyourself? Have you led any efforts to deny basic rights to The Gay? Have you ever proven your commitment to heterosexuality by blowing strange men in a public restroom?

You might need to work on that.

    Heterosexually yours,

    Gen. JC Christian, patriot

  2. You should seek out immediate mental health care, JC. Seriously. Stop whatever you are doing right now and go find a good shrink.

Whatever your uncles and grandfather did to you when you were a little boy — a good doctor can help you work through those issues.

  4. Seems to me like the only whining going on is with the Whiny McLoserpants rethugs! Geez, how’d that election go for ya? Whats that? Only 20% of the nations counties increased their support for rethugs? And what?? ALL of those counties are in the deep, backwood, do-my-sister south?!? Wow. I must say, its quite a leap to go from “permanent majority” to “irrelevant minority”, ain’t it??

  5. JC persecutes those who support traditional marriage. Blacks overwhelming support traditional marriage. JC persecutes blacks. Racist!

Teddie Kennedy belonged to a club that discriminates against women for over 50 years. Did JC prove his commitment to civil rights by objecting to Teddie’s qualifications to serve and chair in over 15 plus committees? No? Sexist!

  7. The left’s whining has just begun.
Obama Names Bill Clinton to Presidential Post.

“Oh, for crissakes. Are you kidding me? Are you friggin’ kidding me?” asked Obama. “Of course I betrayed those goddamned idiots. Have any of you actually spent five minutes with them? I have, unfortunately. Nothing personal, but I wouldn’t trust these internet windowlickers with a plastic spork from Taco Bell, let alone a freaking $3 trillion dollar budget global superpower. Look, I may be naive, but I’m not stupid. And if Kose or Koz or whatever the fuck his name is thinks for one second I give a rat’s ass about who he wants in charge of the Treasury Department, he’s even stupider than he looks.”

“Look, I’m sorry I kinda snapped there, and pardon my French,” added Obama. “But I just spent the last two years surrounded by these starstruck moonbat retards, and I’ll be goddamned if I’m gonna spend the next four with them parked in the next cubicle over.”

    Hee-Hee!
    Humor, it’s name is Iowahawk.

  8. well, these posts show what we are up against. True Believers, Racist Haters, Liberal Fascists and obamonauts. Going to be an interesting four years. But, it will only be four, because his own ilk like the above posters will tear him up when utopia is not delivered. Thanks Joe, thanks JC.

  9. I agree with Robbie that Dawson should be denied the RNC chairmanship for the reasons he stated.

Unfortunately, taking the high road leads to long and drawn out wars. When the enemy doesn’t operate by any rules of decency or logic, it makes for a long war indeed… (Wait, am I talking about American polictics or the war on terror?)

Regardless, we must stick to the high road no matter how loud the screeching, whaling, and whining coming from the Moon Bats becomes. It comes down to a choice between the difficult right and the easy wrong.

The Republican party has (hopefully) learned the hard way that sacrificing the core conservative values of the base will cost them dearly in elections. The Republican party has (hopefully) learned that most conservatives identify themselves as just that, conservatives and not Republicans.

I’m amazed at how many people think that November 4th produced record voter turnout (Poster #4 who wants to do his sister probably being one) when it was, in actuality, less than 2004. If there were so many first time voters, there must have been a larger number of “traditional” voters who decided to stay home or simply not vote for president. Hmmm… wonder which side those voters represent and why they didn’t vote?

We can not allow ourselves to be drawn into the “I’m rubber, your glue” argument of the unhinged left. Although, poking sharp sticks into thier ribs on a frequent basis makes for great entertainment.
