ANTIOCH, Calif. (AP) – As more and more black renters began moving into this mostly white San Francisco Bay Area suburb a few years ago, neighbors started complaining about loud parties, mean pit bulls, blaring car radios, prostitution, drug dealing and muggings of schoolchildren.
Now that police unit is the focus of lawsuits by black families who allege the city of 100,000 is orchestrating a campaign to drive them out.
It’s kinda like Ted Kennedy and wind powered turbines.
Longtime homeowners complained that the new arrivals brought crime and other troubles. In 2006, violent crime in Antioch shot up about 19 percent from the year before
Though, the homeowners do have a legit point (backed up by damned facts and statistics and shit) — according to a report out yesterday that the murder rate by black teens is going through the roof.
The murder rate among black teenagers has climbed since 2000 even as murders by young whites have scarcely grown or declined in some places, according to a new report.

Tensions like those afflicting Antioch have drawn scholars and law enforcement officials to debate whether crime follows subsidized renters out of the tenements to the suburbs. Susan Popkin, a researcher at the nonprofit Urban Institute, said she does not believe that is the case. But the tensions, she said, are real.
Crime doesn’t follow subsidized renters, crime follows criminals. Duh. Give me a million dollar grant!

I can’t tell if your trying to attack liberals, blacks folks or both at the same time. Knowin’ your history it’s probably the last one.
You never see conservatives actually standing against racism (except the petty, trivial kind aimed at whites) on ethical or humanitarian grounds. Every time a right winger opens his mouth to expose alleged incidences of racism, it must have a “hey liberals, why aren’t you harping on this!” undertone.
A similar thing happens with woman’s rights. Conservatives never crusade for gender equality for its own sake; they point out injustices and harp on the liberals as to why they aren’t noticing this part of their pet project.
Really, how long is it going to be before you [the blogger] just come out and identify yourself as a racist already? When you post a statistic with the very obvious (although you may have mistaken it as being very clever and subtle
) connotation that blacks are more prone to violence, and then deny racism, you come off as trying to reconcile your personal beliefs with political correctness; because you know nobody is going to listen to you if you stick with the former.
Mr. Han: to answer your assertions -
1) Racism is a double edged sword at least at this point because of reversed discrimination caused by affirmative action policies. Is it ethical or humanitarian to discriminate against me because I am Caucasian and a male? What the heck did I do to deserve it?
2) Women’s rights can only be determined in the context of the actual differences between sexes. You will never achieve equality between sexes for its own sake precisely because men are from Mars and women are from Venus. Seriously though – have you read any reasearch in brain and physical differences between the sexes?
3) The decade old question about crime stats: is it more black-on-black, black-on-white, white-on-black or white-on-white? All urban police stats point to the first category as the winner. Whatever the reasons for it, the numbers are there. Check the FBI stats for major urban areas.
Please do some research. Your heart may be in the right place but youy definitely need to work o fact gathering.

It’s funny how everyone always turns a blind eye to what the REAL problem is. They always start trying to figure out if it’s because they are poor or because they were oppressed. They are just African scum and they will never change. The higher the population of blacks there are the more crime will get worse in this country until eventually this country will turn into Darfur….
