Bravo! Excellent decision! I was getting concerned as to who will take the challenge. I am so glad it's Commissioner Williams. Go, Michael, go!

I live in Tenn, but I hope to hell this guy runs in 2012 against BHO. He has my vote already. Where can I donate to get this thing started?

Sign me up! I've been a Michael Williams fan for years. He's a real conservative, a proven leader, and a fantastic speaker. I was pushing for him for VP; he'd have made the claim that Obama was a brilliant orator look ridiculous by comparison.

I don't give a flip what he looks like or wears as long has he helps brings back the true conservative movement. To bring accountability, fiscal restraint and honesty both to the office and the country.

Colin, bow tie or not, he can still kick some serious political butt. Texas RRC is a very serious post, major player . Besides, I kinda like the bow tie, it's unique-like the man.

*snort*Bill White*chuckle*
I will, of course, have to wait and see who, or if, anyone is a serious challenger to Mr. Williams. Until then, Mr. Williams can count on my vote.
I think he is a splendid public servant, and a good and decent man.

He's a lifelong conservative and has my vote also.

I voted for him for RRC last month. I voted for him based on his platform, not by the color of his skin. Because I didn't know the color of his skin until after I had voted. Wouldn't have made a bit of difference which is exactly what Martin Luther King wanted, right? Judging men based on their character? Which is why I voted like I did for the highest office in the land.
