Frank Moore: Finally Paying for His Life of Crime
Frank Moore has been on Texas death row for 15 years. But it looks like his borrowed time on the Texas tax payers’ dime ends tonight.
And tonight’s scheduled execution couldn’t happen to a nicer or more deserving guy.
On the night of January 21, 1994, Moore got into an argument at a San Antonio night club with Samuel Boyd (23) and Patrick Clark (15). As Boyd and Clark sat outside in their car, Moore shot Boyd in the chest and Clark in the head with a 30-caliber rifle.
Prior to being arrested for the murders, Moore threatened to kill family members of witnesses if they cooperated with police.
Now in case you think that poor Frank Moore just had a bad night and snapped, he already had an extensive rap sheet that included attempted murder, possession of cocaine, and delivery of cocaine. Yet somehow the state of Texas kept letting him out of prison early on parole.
Back in the early nineties, when drug- and gang-related violence plagued the streets of San Antonio, Frank Moore was a hustler at the top of the game.
Moore, who went by the name Frank Mackie Jr., dealt primarily in crack cocaine and weapons in San Antonio’s housing projects, the source of the street-crime epidemic responsible for the majority of homicides in the early 1990s.
Those who knew Moore say he maintained a low profile by keeping out of the public eye, relying on a close circle of associates and never getting high off his own supply.
As he sits on Texas’ death row for fatally shooting two young men outside a local bar, Moore admits to committing numerous crimes in his 30 years on the streets.
And because of our revolving door prison policy that coddles criminals and lets them back out on our streets long before they have paid the full measure of justice for their crimes — two more people had to die at the hands of this animal.
And this is why I support the death penalty. Because of men like Frank Moore, who can never be rehabilitated, and will always be a danger to anybody who has to come into contact with him.
________
UPDATE:
He’s dead. No more paroles for this life-long habitual criminal.

I’m amazed at his criminal past, and how lenient they were on him. When a violent offender discovers that the punishment isn’t carried out(an eight year sentence, and only months served?), they believe there are no consequences, and become emboldened. He probably thought he would get another slap on the hand.
I don’t imagine the two he killed were aeronautical engineers, either.
Adios, Frankie.
Another one bites the dust….. and hopefully soon Hood too will bite the dust!
Hello Big Sis!
Happy New Year, young lady.
You know, there are always preliminaries before the main event.
/just sayin’
I believe in the Death Penalty too. We should use it a lot more than we do! I also believe that we should hold parents much more accountable to responsible, loving, nuturing parenting. I also believe we should have “keep your zipper zipped” campaigns all over high school walls!
I first met Frank 2 years ago and fell hopelessly in love with him.
Just another case of an innocent man being murdered by the state of Texas… Frank did a lot of charity work from within his cage and had many many friends all around the world. He was a true gentleman with love in his heart. I felt privileged to have been in his life.
[Editor --- Not surprised that you are a typical Euro (GB) death row inmate groupie. What the hell is the matter with women in Europe, anyway?
You are a sad and pathetic woman, Ann. If you are not already seeing psychiatric help, please consider it. I don't know what happened to you as a little girl or grown woman to cause you to have such an imploded sense of self-worth. But it's pathetic and sad that you think you are only worthy of the men like Frank Moore.
You know as well as I do he is not innocent. He admitted to shooting those two men to death. He was a life-long gang member and drug dealer. Nothing noble or good about anything that man ever did in his life. The world is a better place today because Frank is no longer in it.
But don't you fret, darling. There are still hundreds more men on Texas' death row for you to pick your next boyfriend from.]
Who is for doing away with parole for any one convicted of a serious felony? i am, if they have a huge record don’t let them back out.
He found one idiot to marry him and another to cheat on her with. lol!
“He’s free,” Danielle Rubens Moore, Moore’s Belgian wife by proxy, said after watching him die.
She’s wrong! It’s the family of his victims who are free:
“I can sleep a little more better,” Latisha Clark, Patrick Clark’s twin sister, said after watching Moore die. “Knowing that he’s not going to be on the street, I can feel more comfortable,” her sister, Peggy, added. “Justice has been served.”
First of all i wanna give all thanks to God. Now i gonna speak on patrick and samuel behalf becuase if you was there from day one frank moore was executed because of God’s will. Doing the trail he was found guilty twice that’s 24 people found him guilty. Now about what happen on Jan.the 21st 1994 there is no way he can say it was self defense (frank stated that they tried to run him over)how, when the car was a standard and had came to a complete stop before he start shotting from the back driver side to the passager side should’nt the car have ran into the club(you do the math, that only happen in Hollywood). And to all his supporter (wifey )danielle rubens moore, sheriff heul, margert ann sullivan, rowland (red)flowers and the anti-death penalty and the rest of the drug dealers i hope yall encourage him to give his life to God while he was file all those motions on tax payers money. We the family’s of the Vitim’s had a short time of memories with our love ones and now that Frank is gone we some closer. No more of his threats, no more hearing he getting out, we are at peace. We never could have made it without God.
BURN IN HELL FRANK TO ALL HIS SUPPORTER danielle rubens moore, margert ann sullivan, rowland (red) flowers,anti-daeth penalty’s and all the other drug dealers follow him he got what he deserved and you will too for lieing
Oh, yeah, I forgot he had a history of threatening witnesses.
This case wasn’t even close.
As with any horrendous crime such as this, I see the emotions of all are conflicting (even within yourselves). The same remains for me. Having known “Lil Frank” and the victim “Sammie” in childhood and early adulthood, I know the essence of a man whose intentions for those HE loved were pure. However, having to become a man in the environment in which both of these men had to grow up effects some misappropriated anger and conflicting emotions in anyone. But you live by the sword and you die by the hilt. I don’t want to take sides and can’t really say what the TRUE circumstances were surrounding that night. But vengence is mine said the Lord & every1 has a day 2 be judged and none of us hold that position!
AMEN TO ANOTHER PIECE OF SHIT GONE FROM THIS WORLD NEVER TO DESTROY ANOTHER LIFE…..
it’s unbelieveable how much hate you people got inside yourselves. when you wish death to someone else you dont deserve anything better. and stop acting like you guys are religious: god wants you to forgive and not to hate. people like you are the reason why there’s so much hate all over the world but you’re unfortunatly too stupid to realize it. and to the one who was talking bad about european women: we got more brain than you americans got because we know the death penalty is wrong and im so proud to be european because only underprivileged countries got the death penalty!!!
