Why I Crossfit?

I started doing CrossFit about 6 months ago. The results have been nothing short of brilliant for me: 20 lbs lost, 10% body fat reduction, while increasing strength and stamina.

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

But one of the biggest reasons that I do CrossFit, is because guys like Staff Sgt. Cody with the 19th Special Forces Group, Afghanistan, depend on CrossFit to prepare them for the toughest job in the world in the most dangerous places in the world:

Anyhow…I was just looking for an excuse to post that really badass image of a Special Forces CrossFitter.
