I was fortunate enough to watch Rush’s entire speech, Saturday afternoon. Scheduled for twenty minutes, it lasted an hour and a half. In short, he was magnificent, and expressed the principles of Conservatism, and Americanism, clearly, succintly, unapologetically, while having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have.
Fox News carried the entire presentation, without commercial break, and I can’t thank them enough. Rush’s message, and image, is the very thing this country needs right now.
I know much, if not all, of his speech will be forthcoming, broken into ten minute segments, or maybe DVD, but for now, enjoy these short clips of him mocking Dingy Harry Reid, and liberals in general. Also, here is the entire transcript of his speech.

I’d LOVE to see video of his entire speech, but at one and a half hours, it will hopefully be on DVD or divied up in segments on youtube.

In a word? Brilliant.
And the entire speech? Done without a teleprompter. And they call Obama a “great speech giver”? Take away his teleprompter and Obama uh’s and um’s his way through a speech worse than Joe Biden.
The ‘Defender of the Constitution’ award Rush was presented with after his speech, was beautiful.

Some little liberal pissy-pants didn’t like Rush’s speech, which is the single best indicator it was a smash hit.
I watched most of it. Loved it. But, I wish he would have worn his shirt more buttoned up or something. His chest leaves something to be desired.
