Democrats Pass Obama’s Retarded Budget

The Democrats fully own Obama’s ridiculous and unprecedented $3.5 trillion dollar budget, as not a single Republican from the Senate or the House voted to approve it.

Not even RINOs like McCain, Snowe, Collins, and Specter.

Not a single Republican supported the budget, capping a long public-relations war against the plan. “Over bipartisan opposition, Democrats in Congress passed a budget that clears the way for massive amounts of spending, for the biggest tax hike in history and a doubling of our already crippling national debt,” said Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.).

And all of those middle-class tax cuts that Obama promised during his campaign (his pre-Presidential campaign…he’s still campaigning for some odd reason)? Uh…forget about that lie, too.

Sen. Judd Gregg, whom Obama wanted in his administration, had this to say about Obama’s budget:

The practical implications of this budget are that we will put in place spending and borrowing which will absolutely put this country on an unsustainable path and WILL create massive problems for us in the out years if it’s followed,” said ranking Senate Budget Committee member Judd Gregg (R-N.H.)

But I think John Hawkins has it much more accurately:

What are the consequences of it passing? Let me be absolutely frank: unless what Obama has done is reversed, this country’s best days are probably behind us and our children will grow up without the same opportunities we’ve had in our lives. Even if we had a President who hated this country and wanted nothing more than to see us utterly ruined, he wouldn’t be capable of doing much more damage than Obama.

2010, people. 2010. A Republican majority Congress could go a long way to reversing a lot of the damage that Obama/Reid/Pelosi are hell-bent on inflicting upon America.

  2. The only good thing is that things are so far out of control, that the mistakes will be apparent by the time the next election rolls around and HOPEfully there will be enough sane people in this country that we will have a CHANGE in Congress.

  4. Here’s an interesting post from the WSJ–it charts (in terrifying terms) the Dem vs. Rep budgets into the future. The Bush/Obama double whammy is a blood chiller–can I borrow $20 from somebody?!

  5. And let’s not forget that Politico is reporting that YoMama had the gall to tell bankers in a meeting last week that he is the only thing standing between the bankers and pitchforks.

Well, with 340 Tea Parties scheduled in the nation on 4/15, I have not notice one person claiming it is because of the bankers. Or did YoMama mean that it was his jackbooted thugs like ACORN or the Nation of Islam that would be carrying the pitchforks? Since when does a POTUS threaten people? Was he trying to tell them that he would unlease his ACORN dogs to harrass and frighten them and their children in their own homes like the dogs did the AIG employees?

YoMama is out of control. Now he is in Europe bashing his own nation. European socialism is not on its way. It’s here. And its name is YoMama.
