Well, mine have always been Soldiers (and more than a few Marines, Sailors, Airmen, and Guardsmen, too).
Men like Gen. David Petraeus U.S. Army 1st Lt. Brian Brennan:

There’s not a single person in Congress or anywhere else in D.C. who is fit to carry these men’s boots, and if we had 10-15 more men just like them, we could replace the whole of Congress.
My chest is puffed out with pride, respect, and admiration for these men. And my spirits sickened and my stomach turned that they are led manipulated and used by the likes of President Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid.

Oh, and while I commend CBS News for putting out this story (there might be hope for them yet…though I’m not really holding my breath), do not go read the comments at their site on this story unless you want to see red for the rest of the day. Lots of Liberal trolls denigrating both Lt. Brennan and Gen. Petraeus.
The Liberal trolls openly mock Lt. Brennan and his entire family, calling them ‘a redneck from a redneck family’ and saying that Brennan hated his family so much that he wouldn’t wake up for them, but he’d wake up for the man and the organization that trained him to be a ‘murderer’… because he’s been brain washed.
Liberalism is a mental disorder. Not two ways about it.

I went to the CBS website and watched the report again, then i read all the comments and even made one comment. I did not see any of the derogatory comments you cited in your last paragraph. Either CBS took them down or they were never there. Either way your comment about liberalism being a mental disorder was inapropriate. Idiots abound on the internet you are just another little fish in a big pond of idiots, as far as i can tell. I guess the part that angers me the most is how you used my beloved military as a pawn in your right wing game to widen the divide between right and left. You are part of the problem not the solution.

IB- I’ve heard it and seen it consistently from the left. They did it during ‘Nam. They did it when I served, and they do it now. There ARE issues about which I’m a libertarian if not a liberal, but I do recognize that liberalism is a either a sign of mental derangement or immaturity.
