I’m glad that Sen. Watson acknowledges that this money is not a gift. And that somebody will have to pay it back. It’s important to note here, because Sen. Watson apparently forgets this later in his letter.

Sorry about the lack of blogging…but my wife ended up in the ER yesterday evening, and I’m just now getting home (only to check on the dogs — thank goodness for well-behaved dogs and a doggie door, a change of clothes, and then back to the hospital).
