I agree with you. But I don’t she understands how it works. Let her have one of her children become deathly sick and the doctors give the child a 20% chance to live unless the child receives an expensive operation and even then the child will have a 50-50 chance of living. What is she going to say to the “End of Life counselors” who tell her that its more “cost effective to take a pill” (Obama’s words, not mine). I wonder if she will wake up then and start checking out the facts….

Do you really believe that? You can’t be that blind. If you do, I have some ocean front property in Arizona that I would love to sell to you. I would rather think that you have never done any research to make sure what you hear is TRUTH or LIE. The left want a public plan which gives them control and power. HR 3200 is designed to eventually force everyone within a short period of time into a public plan.

Co-ops are the same as a public plan. If the gov. controls it, it is a public plan.

ok how about a bill that regulates insurance period. I mean a full sweep the way it is right now the only law they have regulating them is they have to make a profit. from home to health insurance needs reform maybe they should perhaps stop trying to form a monopoly, but instead come up with a bill that limits insurance loop holes. It should mandate the priority of care for the policy holder rather than forcing the industry to only rake profits. ask anyone from hurricane Katrina had insurance not screwed everyone over FEMA would not have had to put out so much money. As I said before the treatments being turned down because their not cost effective for the companies. the government should force pre-existing conditions to be treated, and force companies to apply the treatments that’s are the most effective not the most cost effective. then let the market decide who’s the best company.

I don’t want the gov. to be involved in my healthcare at all. They can’t be trusted and I don’t want anyone making decisions for me except me.

If the gov. wants to help those who can’t afford healthcare — not illegal aliens, not the 20-30 somethings who don’t want to buy insurance – that’s find.

And for all their b.s. about how getting rid of the waste would pay for this nightmare, if that were true, they would have gotten rid of the waste already instead of just yapping about it. But, any system like this is ripe for fraud. Expanding it will just mean more waste and ripoffs that the taxpayer will be stuck paying for.
