Yes, it’s possible that Obama has already shaken hands and is merely introducing the US delegation to the Russian President. But Obama has done so much to make America look bad in front of our allies, that it’s quite easy to assume the worst whenever he’s around other world leaders.

I hate to tell you this, but it is OBVIOUS that he is trying to shake hands. He puts his hand out, not once or twice but at least three times, to get someone to respond. His face even shows the insult. I have never in my life put my hand out to someone (as in a handshake) in order to introduce someone. If he had turned his arm toward the man behind him, it might have been interpreted as “And here is …..”, but he did not. His hand is going directly in front to the line of men who snubbed him.
