Obviously they can’t actually sign on to any treaty, it would be unconstitutional. But I suppose there’s nothing wrong with a bunch of idiots creating a needless level of administration that will submit reports no one cares about and no one will ever read. But they’ll feeeel soooo good. Of course, that’s assuming the idiots actually get around to reading the whole damned thing first. I have my doubts.
