You and your friends get together and talk about,dress up, shop and show off you babies. And who cares? They have their mothers to pick up the slack (which is 89% of the time) so they can still go out and party and be "Kids" enjoying their youth. But the beauty of it all is that their kids will be citizens AND they can get on Food Stamps, Housing, etc. ALL free from the American Tax Payer! YAY!!! Fun right? Like, Oh my god!!! (I'd have written that Valley Girl line in Spanish but I'm sorry I only know ENGLISH because I'm an American!!!!) Why not? It’s fun, you know.
