Voting Based on Nothing More than Skin Color

Remember, it's only racist when Whites do it...

Remember, it's only racist when Whites do it...

When is racism not racism?

When it’s a couple of black dudes college professors (William Boone and Keith Jennings of Clark Atlanta University) being exceptionally racist and bigoted.

As Michelle Makin writes, “So much for the Era of Post-Racialism.”

A memo circulating on the Internet and amongst voters in Atlanta is drawing a dividing line in the race for Atlanta’s next mayor.

The letter, asking voters to support Lisa Borders because she is “the best black candidate in the race,” warns that “for the first time in 25 years, African Americans could lose the Mayoral seat in Atlanta, Georgia, especially if there is a run-off.”

It also states “time is of the essence … in order to defeat a Norwood mayoral candidacy.” Mary Norwood, a white candidate, is said to be the front-runner. “We have to get out now and work in a manner to defeat her without a runoff, and the key is a significant Black turnout in the general election,” the letter stated.

[snip]

At the end of the day, when the morning comes, a black agenda would better enable us to have our interests respected by and our influence realized in any administration.

Uh huh. Vote for Lisa Borders for no other reason than that she is black. As dumb and racist as it sounds, it’s exactly what America’s black voters did during the Obama election.

Now, imagine that two white professors had written that memo, exhorting students and others to vote for the white candidate to further and advance the white agenda and interests…

Al Sharpton wouldn’t be able to get his fat mug in front of a television camera fast enough.

You know what? Fuck that…from now on, I’m only voting for middle-aged white guys with gray hair. You know, just to make sure my interests are respected and represented (though I’ll make an exception for Michael Williams, who is running for Kay Bailey Hutchison’s soon-to-be-vacated Senate seat — because, as any good Liberal will tell you, he’s just an Uncle Tom house nigger for the GOP anyway, and might as well be white).

  3. “At the end of the day, when the morning comes…”
this was written by, not one, but TWO college professors? If I was sending money or kids to a school where two professors didn’t know that morning comes at the beginning of the day, not the ens, I’d be demanding a refund.
Oh, and voting for someone based on skin color alone is even more stupid that voting for someone based on their campaign promises.
