However I think your argument is flawed in that you are assuming that any situation in which a woman is involved with a man of power equals harassment. One of the women in question claimed to be in love. I don't see harassment there. Now if it comes out that Letterman bribed these women and offered them promotions, then it's a different story. It's not unnatural for women to be attracted to men of power and prestige and to want to have sexual relations with them. They do have minds of their own. I agree that it's a problem if it is a result of exploitation. But this issue is not clear cut black and white and we don't yet have any evidence to prove that exploitation is what indeed it is.
