McChrystal requested, you mean the 30,000 of the 40,000 he requested 92 days ago, which he won't get in the way he requested, or in the time frame. BTW, the time elapsed between the time the Twin Towers fell, and the Taliban was removed from power in Afghanistan was 64 days. W didn't dither when it came to national security.
