The first hint of some political bias at the Tribune comes in today’s The Brief written by Reeve Hamilton.
The entire 2008 Presidential election was the biggest case of media bias and hit job journalism ever. It’s forever tainted my view of MSM “journalists”, whom I now believe to be on the same ethical platform as defense lawyers, union leaders, pimps, and politicians.
The reason I hate and distrust Obama more than any other is his lack of balls with regards to his role as Commander in Chief, his disdain for the men and women who serve in the military, and his distaste for their mission

Which is pretty much what I said after watching it. A nicely written speech that was read off of a teleprompter, when the moment called for frank, from the heart sincerity.
No healthcare bill is worth the paper it’s printed on when the authors ostentatiously exempt themselves from its rules.
The sad thing is, after they’re evicted from their FEMA trailer, they’ll likely land in some other type of government funded or assisted housing.
Obama said some nice things. Avoided talking about himself (which in itself is a pretty major accomplishment). But it was not inspired nor inspiring. It definitely did not live up to the enormity of the event.
