What the Russians are suggesting here, in other words, is that the entire global temperature record used by the IPCC to inform world government policy is a crock.

The entire AGW hoax has been revealed, while the globalists, statists and useful idiots are undeterred in their efforts to promulgate this scam.

Any doubts about this being a method of taxing the entire globe, but most especially the U.S., can be summed up in Hillary’s statement today.

While this tax would appear to be contingent on China’s cooperation in verifying their emissions, I have faith in the ChiComms agreeing to the plan, with no intention of complying.

The AGW hoax is hanging by a thread, mostly due to decades of propaganda by the hoaxsters and a compliant media. Yet the opinion polls are regularly showing that most Americans don’t believe AGW is true, and/or that it is not high on their priority list. If they ever learn the truth, which the hoaxsters must never reveal themselves, and what is actually going on in the bunker of the global warming alarmist’s headquarters, the issue of AGW will be finished, as will its leader/s.
