What Borders?

Rancher Being Sued By Illegal Aliens for Not Allowing Them on His Ranch

What a sad, pathetic, and spineless politically correct nation we have become…that this is happening:

An Arizona man who has waged a 10-year campaign to stop a flood of illegal immigrants from crossing his property is being sued by 16 Mexican nationals who accuse him of conspiring to violate their civil rights when he stopped them at gunpoint on his ranch on the U.S.-Mexico border.

That’s right — 16 illegal aliens (they were fucking ‘Mexican nationals’ while they were still south of the border. The moment they wet-backed it into the US of A, they became illegal aliens) are suing an Arizona rancher because he will not let them trespass on his private property while illegally entering the United States of America.

A man should have every right to protect his property against all trespassers. And if that means pointing a gun at (or even pulling the trigger if necessary) to prevent unwanted criminals from violating your property, then so be it.

I can’t imagine this happening in Texas…but if it ever does, then we might as well just cede the Southern United States back to Mexico.

It’s time to build that wall and put men with guns on it. We need more men like 64-year old Roger Barnett…not fewer.

“This is my land. I´m the victim here,” Mr. Barnett said. “When someone´s home and loved ones are in jeopardy and the government seemingly can´t do anything about it, I feel justified in taking matters into my own hands. And I always watch my back.”

Amen, Mr. Barnett. And I have your back, too.

  1. That crappy SPLC is behind all these lawsuits.

  2. I read about a similar thing happening before..maybe the same person? It’s terrible. We’ve lost our civil rights in this country and the constitution is being shredded.

  3. He hasn’t a chance. The Founders made a big mistake when the changed “Life, liberty and the pursuit of property” to the pursuit of happiness. If any of you expect SCOTUS to affirm private property rights, especially after Kelo, you’re fools. The republic Franklin and others bequeathed to us was lost long ago.

  4. If he had “disposed” of them, would anyone ever have noticed? There would be no lawsuit.

  5. We should have built a fortress-like fence(one that can’t be broken into easily) and guarded it long ago.

I say we hire all the illegals to build it from the Mexico side and be done with it.

  6. Note that the story is almost a year old.

    and it’s been mostly resolve

I say mostly because while they did find in his favor, some money was still being awarded (tho apparently appealed).

  7. In Texas those trespassers might be dead which greatly deters their ability to sue.

  8. Robbie, this case has already gone to court. The judge ruled that Roger Barnett had to pay the 16 illegals $78,000 (over $4,000 each) due to the intimidation the judge felt Barnett levied against the illegals. The judge did rule that Barnett had not violated the wet-back’s “civil” rights. And yes, it is on appeal.

Robbie, you know where I live. I wonder how all these bleating hearts would feel if they were like me who lived just two blocks from the very railroad that was taken by Angel Ramirez, while he was on his killing spree? I wonder how they would feel if they had to bury a member of their family who was murdered by an illegal immigrant?

You see, illegal is the new “black” and now the Dems are going to try, once again, this year to shove “immigration” reform down our throats.

    • Sheesh. I wonder if we will soon be hearing about a case where a would-be victim was sued by his/her would-be assailant because the would-be assailant felt “intimidated” when the would-be victim brandished a gun in self-defense. HEAVEN FORBID a criminal ever be made to feel intimidated! I guess I forgot that is supposed to be the victim’s place. Gotta keep the potential victims in line and remind them that THEY are the ones who are supposed to be intimidated . . .

  10. The Barnett case was an intentional setup. He had been repelling border jumpers for years and Mexicans don’t like to be told to stay where they belong.
I hear the number of home invasions and burgularies are increasing and often the thieves are illegal aliens. I suppose the politically correct thing to say is the bad economy forces them into crime. Just like they claim bad conditions in Mexico force them,(illegally) into the U.S.
