Joe Klein at his night job, waiting on his next "customer?"

Joe Klein at his night job, waiting on his next "customer?"

Joe Klein, a typical Liberal journalist, writing in Time magazine thinks that you (and me and the 75% of other Americans who think that Obama’s spending-spree stimulus package was a waste) would like it better — if only you (we) were smarter.

That’s right…in an unbelievable display of liberal elitism titled, Too Dumb to Thrive, Joe Klein argues that you’re just too dumb to understand that the Government is here to help you (if you’d just get your dumb ass out of the way and let them rule…err…guide you into peace and prosperity):

This is yet further evidence that Americans are flagrantly ill-informed…and, for those watching Fox News, misinformed.

It is very difficult to have a democracy without citizens. It is impossible to be a citizen if you don’t make an effort to understand the most basic activities of your government. It is very difficult to thrive in an increasingly competitive world if you’re a nation of dodos.

The sad thing is, if this no-talent hack of a journalist wasn’t being supported by the Liberal MSM, he’d be begging for change on the corner of sucking-off drunk old men in the alley for a living.

Others:

The Jawa Report:

Enfant terrible Matthew Yglesias agrees with Klein that Americans are incredibly stupid but objects to Klein’s pointing it out, which seems like an incredibly stupid way to make a point – about what you’d expect from a twenty-something progressive dipshit.

Ah, yes..Yglesias. Another one of those smarmy, effete liberal boys (yeah…I’m looking at you, too Ezra) that I’d probably just beat the shit out of rather than listen to the drivel coming out of their pie holes.

Right Wing Nuthouse:

“And Klein’s childlike contention that “there have been very few documented cases of waste so far…” is so precious, don’t you just want to give the fellow a great big hug for being so cute? Kids and liberals say the darndest things, don’t they?

Dennis the Peasant:

Yeah, it’s all our fault. We’re just too fuckin’ stupid to read Time, listen to corporate jerkoffs like you, and grovel at the feet of The One. We’re just too fuckin’ stupid to understand that when we’re tossed a tidbit, it’s our place to be grateful.

Left Coast Rebel:

MSNBC, I mean Time Magazine has always been a cesspool, state-parroting leftist rag that pushes the boundaries of Democrat statist talking points. Not until today, however, did I realize just how ridiculous Time really is through the mouth of Joe Klein. This is beyond parody! I’ll just summarize his points for you. Americans are too stupid, dumb and Fox News misinformed to understand the genius of stimulus.

And much, much more over at Memeorandum.

  1. Arrogant and clueless.
If this is the sort of journalism that Time promotes, and Klein is supposed to be one of their best, then any questions about their declining circulation have been removed.

  2. Glenn Beck aped on Klein something fierce today, about this snooty article.
I hope the video comes out soon, it was great.

    • Dont tell people you watch Glenn Beck. It confirms you are an idiot that cannot think on your own.

      • Who are you to tell anyone what to do, non-credible fraud/liar/plagiarist/nut job?
It is you that doesn’t have an original thought, you have to plagiarize a neo-liberal to pretend you do.

      • Says the moron who gets his inbox filled daily with talking points from George Soros, DialyKos, and TPM. You might as well be mini-Olbermann.

        • Olbermann and Beck make people stupider by the day.

I cannot believe people listen to those two.

        • I also like to watch CNN HLN. I blow a nut to Robin Meade first thing in the morning before I leave for work. Then again for Nancy Grace at night.

  3. Here is the video, and here is the transcript.

  4. For the umpteenth time, vulgar language in the post is proof it is not me.

Are you not bright enough to catch on?
