It is being reported today that the SCOTUS will rule on this case. It is noteworthy that the appeal to be ruled on is not for Mumia’s innocence:

The court is due to rule on an appeal by the Philadelphia district attorney who is seeking to have Abu-Jamal executed

The evidence is clear, and every appeal or judicial review has upheld his conviction, with one appeal remaining on his execution. This individual has gamed the system to save himself from the justice that he has earned, and that he denied officer Faulkner. That he has become something of a media darling, and object of desire by the anti-capital punishment perverts, has done much to forestall his date with the gurney.

I can only hope that the long and twisted path to justice will end soon, that this murdering miscreant will have exhausted all legal recourse, and will finally be removed from this earth.

For the death row scumpals and other destroyers of decent society(I know you will come), you have my enduring disdain and disgust. You may fantasize about how dreamy a person he is, and pretend he is anything other than a murderer, but nothing will absolve you of how truly dysfunctional you are, and how deserving this murderer is of his execution.
