While the entirety of the Left is in full-meltdown mode and the right is in full gloating/rejoicing mode, these are my favorite quick hit items this morning:
Hilter Finds Out Scott Brown Won in Massachusetts
These Hilter parodies are all over the Internet. This is by far my favorite:
Election Maps
Michelle Malkin has a great post up explaining why this is the graphic of the night:
Compare that map with this map, which is the Massachusetts election map from the 2008 Democrat presidential primary:
Media Bias
Our hard-left (but otherwise totally-not-biased) local rag, the Austin American-Statesman posted this Tweet this morning, alerting reader to today’s headlines:
Imperils health bill? Imperils? Really?
Nope, no bias in the choice of that word, AAS. It would be much more accurate to have written, “MA Senate vote saves us from the perils of the health bill.”
The Total Decent into Lunacy: MSNBC
The schadenfreude of watching the absolute train wreck that was MSNBC last night is one of the greatest joys that my television set has ever brought me. Rachel Maddow, Keith Olbermann, and Chris Matthews were having melt downs of such epic proportions that even their most die-hard Liberal supporters were backing away from the crazy:
This comment from FiredogLake pretty much sums up the left’s reactions to MadCow and Olby last night:
KO, Tweety, and Rachel on MSNBC all didn’t get it. It was pathetic to watch. I’ve been a Keith fan and Rachel fan, since they started on MSNBC. Both seemed logical in their presentations. Last night? They proved to be nothing more than corporate sock puppets for the Dem Party. I was so disappointed.
Or this comment:
Olbermann seemed to rant and rave like a small child last night. If he didn’t see this coming, maybe he is nothing more than a yapping head like Faux News has. I never realized how out of touch with reality the media was.
As I noted to my wife while watching last night, MadCow and Olby completely gave up any pretense of pretending that they were “journalists” or “reporters.” They were the ugliest of ugly political hacks last night…acting more like tantrum-throwing 3-year olds than professional news people.
They both should be fired first thing this morning.

You would think that the western part of the state would be more conservative. Guess not.
Those Blue areas represent the wealthiest areas and cities in MA.
“They were the ugliest of ugly political hacks last night…acting more like tantrum-throwing 3-year olds than professional news people.”
It was disgusting. It was like watching Fox News on a regular basis.
Special Master Finds CCA Presiding Judge Sharon Keller Should Not Be Punished Link
Victory!
I saw that earlier.
Glad to see it, but it never should have been an issue. The twit lawyer knew what the dead line was.
Lefty heads are exploding in Austin. LOL
Madcow and Keith Overbite showed their true colors last night as as the people of Massachusetts spoke. Total left wing socialists who hate the American way.
They are not in any way close to real reporters or journalists and should be fired for their insane rantings. Back door deals and lies to Americans will no
longer be tolerated by we taxpayers. I hope the far left Democrats got the message loud and clear. Capitalism is king and trucks are cool.
The Downfall clip has been used to great comedic effect, the past few years.
This one was especially good, with some great lines like the one about the health care takeover being like “Stalingrad,” and “Obama probably failed lunch.”
Very cleverly done, so I had to go to utube to see who had downloaded it, and it was a Paulian. That in itself is funny.
I feel bad for the director and actors. It was a very good film and it’s not like they are getting residuals the million times clips from it are viewed each day.
I thought it was an excellent film.
That bunker scene was too good not to be used for dramatic effect on other matters.
Perhaps clips used like this will encourage people to rent the movie. I felt the need to post the info on the movie in the event people didn’t know where it came from.
If you liked Downfall, you may like his film on Baader Meinhoff. It’s a very slick film but in my view made it didn’t show the terrorists as evil as they really were. At least it didn’t buy into the they were murdered in prison nonsense.
Oh, all the actors were good but I especially like Thomas Kretschmann, who played Eva’s brother in law.
I’ll keep an eye out for it.
In the meanwhile, here is another clip from election night 2009.
Conservative blogs were doing a lot of hee-hawing on the 19th, saying Brown’s pending election was sending the Dow up.
Now that it has been PUMMELED (perhaps by a hot curling iron purchased from Cosmo) on the 20th and 21st, we can use Conservative logic to say it is because Brown DID get elected.
Right? Right? That’s Conservative logic for ya!
The DOW’s plummet today doesn’t have a single thing to do with Scott Brown.
It has everything to do with TOTUS going on television (again) announcing new anti-Wall Street and anti-business taxes and regulations.
Anonymous liberal from Dallas, Robbie beat me to it, but actually it was the card carrying Øbummer supporter Cramer on CNBC that claimed the stock markets would rise.
Now CNBC is saying this:
If you ever get a break from all those salty nutsacks you’ve been humming on since Brown won, you should read up on what’s happening in the world.
