Great news for one of the Haditha Marines:
The defense for the last Marine facing criminal charges in the fatal shooting of 24 Iraqi civilians in Haditha in 2005 won a key ruling Tuesday that could lead to the case being dropped.
Lt. Col. David Jones, the military judge, ruled that attorneys for Staff Sgt. Frank Wuterich had successfully shown that there was the possibility of what the military calls undue command influence in the decision by a general to send Wuterich to a court martial.
John Murtha (D-Hell) was not available for comment, since he took his apology for calling these brave Marines “cold blooded killers” to his grave.

Unreal that these guys’ lives have been destroyed by this kind of bullshit. I hope the Seals facing trial have the same outcome, and I hope it happens faster than it has for these Marines. Murtha was a disgrace.
I agree with you. Murtha was CHA. I thank God for these young men and woman who are willing to fight for our safety and our freedom. It is a shame that they had to undergo this BS. Liberal minded people who don’t have a handle on the situation should keep their mouths shut and stay out of it. My thoughts and prayers are with the Marine and his entire family.
