- On David Paterson: “New York’s first black, blind, three-footed governor!”
- On Rep. Charlie Rangel: “To be fair to Rangel, tax laws can be very confusing…for the Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee…the committee in charge of all tax related legislation.”
- On Nancy Pelosi: “Does Botox also paralyze your moral compass?”

Robbie, Congressional candidates vowing to ‘clean up Congress’ and be the most ethical ever are as numerous as those vowing to exercise fiscal restraint and stop fraud, waste, and abuse in government. Look where those promises have gotten us. We can wish for something different in one hand and shit in the other and see which one fills up first. Lack of ethics and fiscal restraint are the only truly bipartisan thing in Congress.
