However, most analysts believe Democrats don’t yet have the votes to get the Slaughter Rule approved.

The Judge’s response ‘bzzzzt! wrong answer thank you for playing. It’s been used for passing AMENDMENTS to bills..not passing ENTIRE bills.
One state has already signed into being, a bill that states if health care is passed [period dot] the state AG will forthwith file a lawsuit against the federal government. The 1st state of a total of 37 discussing doing the exact same thing. One of which is Texas.
