Michael Yon on the MSM’s war reporting: As per normal, the MSM lags so far behind on war coverage that their “news” is more like history reporting. “Newsweek” might consider changing its name to “Historyweek.”

Newsweek is more than 18 months behind on this report about Iraq. Their report is ancient history. Further, MSM was about two years tardy on the fact that we were losing the Afghanistan war by early 2006. It was flatly obvious that we were losing by early 2006. The “news” is not news here, but history reporting. H…as any MSM picked up on the fact that a General allowed a strategic bridge to get blown up on Monday — 10 minutes from his Kandahar base — yet he is still in charge?
