Obama recently made the decision to eliminate the terms “Islamic extremism” and “jihad” from national security policy statements. My question then: what do you call it when Islamic extremists commit jihad? Youths of an undetermined religion committing random acts of violence totally not related to their religion (whose name we dare not speak)?
